MGD DBA Moore Glass Design. All further referrals to MGD refer to this.
If purchasing our products is not in accordance with your local laws, do not attempt to purchase them from this website. By purchasing from this website you are expressly stating that the sale and delivery of glass products is in accordance with the laws governing your city or state.
If you are under 21 years of age you can not purchase functional glass products from MGD. By doing so, you hereby acknowledge that you do so under false pretenses and against the operators of this website.
The items on this site are intended to be used with legal smoking or vaporization products only. Our products are NOT intended for illegal drug use. By purchasing from Moore Glass Design, MGD you acknowledge and agree to this legal disclaimer. You are aware that all of our products are sold for LEGAL smoking or vaporizing use and confirm you will use them solely for such legal purposes. You agree we are not liable for any harm that may occur to you when you use these products.
You personally take full responsibility for the product(s) you purchase. If importing and/or owning smoking accessories is illegal in your state, city, county, or country, Moore Glass Design, MGD accepts no responsibility as to verify the legitimacy of the order before accepting it. We will not reimburse you should any products be kept or destroyed by authorities.

Photograph and Image Discrepancies
All photographs and images (hereinafter collectively referred to as “images”) of an item(s) on mooreglassdesigns.com (hereinafter referred to as “the website”) are for representation purposes
only. MGD supply always does its best to provide the most accurate representation of each individual item to the purchaser. All items might have slight variations from the image shown on
the website due to slight production variations/enhancement.
Production variations/enhancements may include but are not limited to slight differences in size, shaping, and color of the item. The image shown on the website is to give the best representation possible to the purchaser of the item but may not be exact.
MGD is not liable or responsible for slight differences from a physical item(s) tendered to a purchaser and the image provided on the website. MGD, sole proprietorship reserves the right, in it its sole discretion, to change and/or update images on the website at any time.
Return Policy:
All sales are final. Moore Glass Design, MGD does not accept returns.
If any damaged items are received, you need to immediately take photos of the package and all contents. All contents must be new and unused. Contact MGD via DM or Email with photos and any other pertinent information, no more than 24 hours after receipt of your delivery. Any damaged items that have been used or are not in their original container are not accepted.
Restrictions on Use:
This site is available only for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, post, distribute, transmit, or modify in any way any part of this site.
Right to Refuse or Cancel Accounts and Service:
MGD reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to all of the Services at any time. MGD reserves this right for any reason whatsoever without prior notice or liability.
